As part of its anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist compliance efforts, (FI) take all necessary steps to ensure that it fully complies with any and all applicable regulations.
(FI) uses its best efforts to ensure compliance of projects is initiated with all legal restrictions in order to detect apprehensive undertakings. Depending on the sector and jurisdiction of the transaction, (FI) will monitor and report all suspicious activities to the relevant law enforcement agencies in accordance with applicable law.

At Farazad Investments, our business is built on supporting great entrepreneurs. We have developed a niche business model that seeks for high quality entrepreneurs and creates long term joint venture partnerships out of these relationships. This maximises the joint skill set of both parties enabling them to deliver optimal value to investors and the newly created JV entity alike.
We have successfully delivered this model already on several different entrepreneurs.
Our model is different. We create a Co-Partnership with the entrepreneur. This new JV that is owned between us then raises capital for deals from the large number of Farazad Investments investors. The new JV is the Co-Partners that promotes deals and the Farazad Investments investors are the General Partners to the opportunity invested on a deal-by-deal basis into each of the deals promoted by the new JV.
This model works well for entrepreneurs with access to good “off-market” deal flows in a market area that has a compelling story, needing a bigger partner with access to capital to help them seize the opportunity to grow a larger business.
