Mr. Abhishek Malviya is a Senior Investment Analyst specialising in the acquisition, underwriting, and valuation of institutional-grade multifamily and commercial real estate assets. His expertise spans complex financial modeling, comprehensive market research, and the evaluation of value-add and opportunistic real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Farazad Investment, Mr. Malviya served as a Senior Financial Analyst focused on the U.S. multifamily real estate sector, where he gained extensive experience in underwriting, portfolio analysis, and asset management. Beyond his core real estate background, his professional exposure extends to investment banking and equity research, further strengthening his analytical depth and capital markets expertise.

Mr. Malviya earned his MBA in Finance and Strategy from the International School of Business & Media (ISB&M) in 2022.
