His focus spans institutional-grade assets across the U.S. market, with deep sector experience in multifamily, office, retail, and industrial properties.

 

Throughout his career, Mr. Kumar has supported institutional investors, REITs, private equity funds, and lenders. His core capabilities include acquisition underwriting, portfolio valuation, risk assessment, and preparing investment committee recommendations. Additionally, he brings extensive experience in due diligence, appraisal reviews, covenant compliance analysis, leverage testing, and evaluating third-party environmental and property condition reports to support asset management and refinancing initiatives.
