Ms. Shen joined the Farazad Advisory team in October 2022 and has taken on the role of Senior Investment Associate. In her role, she formulates financial reports, conducts analytical research on projects to maximize business value, and is integral in structuring global projects.

 

During her previous employment, Ms. Shen gained in-depth theoretical and technical knowledge of finance, economics, and real estate. She gained practical experience in the real estate sector having worked for a large real estate asset manager where she performed in-depth financial analysis of single-family units. Furthermore, she has experience working as a strategy consultant for an Asia-Pacific company where she was tasked to create financial analyses to identify optimal operators for hospitality development.

 

Ms. Shen holds an MSc from London Business School and a BSc (Hons) in Neuroscience from the University of St Andrews. She also studied at Harvard Medical School for a year during her undergraduate years, working with Brigham and Women’s Hospital on clinical research for ADPKD.
